fun and beautiful~

clock just passed midnight and it's Chinese New Year already!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!

i could fire crackers and fireworks everywhere near my house area...

and it continues until 2 a.m. in the morning... (O_O) although i slept at 3 in the morning.. xD

while all my neighbors light up and watching the crackers and fireworks, both my sisters and i were doing our nails...xD

she lives K.L, a very big city, and she bought a set of nail polish...

it may look like a normal nail polish but, for this four bottles, we have to like apply all of it on one fingernail...plus, it's very expensive..!! D:

it took us like more than an hour to finish painting all our fingernails...

this is how it turned out in the end...

oh la la~ it's beautiful isn't it? its like a leopard pattern..this style is called Shatters..cause the black coat shatters right after you apply it...

to make the nail look like one; (let me upload back the picture.. :P)

first, "clean" my nail using the the transparent polish..(the transparent bottle on the left)

next, paint my nails with the shiny green nail polish..the green nail polish was actually given as the sample, but i used it anyway..xD my sis also bring other colors..

then, when the green layer is completely dry, my sis help me to paint the black layer, and that's when the "magic" begins..

the black layer dry very quickly, and as it dries, it shatters and in the end it turned into the leopard-like pattern..

finally, my sis apply the last layer (the brown bottle) on my nail to make it look completely shiny...

quite a long process too...plus, to make our nail dry faster we blow it using the hair-dryer...

i can't stop looking and admiring my nails... xD

that's it...end of my blog...

the next few days i gonna have another great time with my family during CNY...

CNY Eve dinner

just had my CNY Eve dinner...*burp....ooppsss.. :P too full...

i don't know how to say this but every year, CNY Eve dinner is awesome...the Reunion Dinner is the best!!! :D

my eldest sis came back from K.L, brought many goodies and snacks for us, and later on we have a fabulous Reunion Dinner...

my mum didn't cook much for this dinner cause we order two extraordinarily dishes from Dragon-i Restaurant...

we order a Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot & Abalone Thick Soup Set

yeah, this is just an illustration...when we go to the restaurant and bring back the dish, its like this..

yup...so much difference....anyway, the only thing i care about this dish is the abalone!!!! xD look at it!!!! x3

and the soup, well i didn't get the chance to get the picture...

also, we order a roasted goose...

yeeaaahhh....just another illustration...i forget to take the picture of that roasted goose.. (>.<) anyway, as for the dinner it's much more fabulous!!!!

Ta Da~ we also bought a salmon Yee Sang from Sushi King Restaurant...

just look at how they arrange the salmon...so pretty...like a flower..surrounded by Japanese scallops.... :O x)

my mum also cook/steam "Sek Pan" fish...(sorry, i don't know how to call it in English...very bad at names.. :P)

yes...this is the goose that we ordered...my mum already chopped it...

this is a kind of vegetable dish...i don't know what to call it... :P

mum also cooked prawns with slices of ginger and white wine!!!! or Chinese white wine..don't know which one is it... :P

it was super delicious but i only ate two...the prawn is so large that i can't bear to eat another one... Dx

this is the shark fin soup that we bought...just reheated it and poured into small bowls for each of our family... :)

my big sis moved the salmon Yee Sang to the "plastic cover"? haha..please don't mind me..i'm really bad at giving names and calling stuff..sis moved it so that we can mix and toss it easily..and we also added ourselves the purple cabbages.

and we also poured the sour sauce on top...ooohhhh it makes me eager to eat it... x]

and so all the food is here, bring out all the dishes!! :)

and this is the Prosperity dish that just reheated together with its soup...and now it's time to toss and mix the salmon Yee Sang...

ta da~ the final look of the Yee Sang...looks kind of "messy" but this is how it supposed to be.. :] also,it was DELICIOUS!!! YUMMY!!

this is my first time eating a full abalone...hope it taste good, however, had a hard time chewing it..the abalone is 101% cooked...it's hard to be chewed, but still i love it.. xD


okay, that's all..my CNY Eve dinner...had a great time cause the whole family is eating together..i'm so happy.. :D

i'm looking forward for another happy and precious time with my entire family during CNY...
