CNY Eve lunch

today is CNY Eve!!!!

feeling so excited...one more day and then it's Chinese New Year already!!!! OMG!!!

anyway, as for lunch today my mum cooks...as always...

this is what my mum cook....

it may look like a simple dish but it's actually a wonderful or great dish!!!!(i don't know how to describe it...it's too great!! xD)

and my mum don't usually cook this kind of dishes...

herbed chicken...or so i thought...mum cook it with some kind of herbs...

at first i thought the sauce will be salty but...however it taste a little bitter.... :/

not really my taste but it's still nice... :)

pomfret fish, a.k.a "ikan bawal"

*aiks...my dad somehow ate part of the fish already...that was pretty quick... (-_-)

by the way, love the fish!!! and it's delicious!!! :P

i don't know what is this dish called but as far as i know, this is a vegetarian dish..(there's cauli-flower, broccoli, and few different kinds of mushrooms)


by the way, there's also chinese-herb soup...forget to take a picture of it...

but if you look back at the first picture, you can see the soup....





well, that's it...my CNY Eve lunch...

can't for dinner later....i'm looking forward to it... :D

end of January

today is January 31st...which means today is the last day of the month, January...

times flies very fast....

speaking about time, CNY is just in 3 DAYS!!!! :O

OMGOSH!!!! I'm so excited and yet somehow I'm feeling restless....

my mum has been busy cleaning the house...and i..........somehow........help a little???(>_<)*feeling guilty

anyway, my mum somehow did force me to help her by telling me to off the laptop with a "serious" tone...(-_-)" (better off it) and the last thing i helped her is peeling off garlic skins..(TTATT)..

and after that, for the next two days, my fingers totally smell like garlic!!!! *yuck!!

even after i washed them many times (not that many, just three or four times) they still had that garlic smell....

today is the third day already....hope the garlic smell wears off... (it better be!!!)

plus, today's 31st which means,Baskin Robbins ice cream!!!!

they have a big sale every 31st....(e.g January, March, May, etc etc)

can't wait to go buy it....I LOVE ICE CREAM!!!! xD

looking forward to those ice cream... :P

busy busy busy

haven't been updating my blog for a long time...

Chinese New Year is just around the corner and been busy helping my mum with the snacks...

speaking about snacks, it's hard to resist the temptation to eat it... (>_<)

my mum made quite a lot until there's tons of containers... :P

plus, these snacks can only be eaten during CNY, so to keep it away especially from my dad, my mum keep it in my sister's room, where he usually never goes in... Lol~

right now, part of her room is filled with the snacks...and she even said that her room has the oil stench... xD

this shelf which was once for me to keep my school and revision books had now been moved to my sis's room...it was empty at first and now it's a shelf to keep food.. xD

my mum made quite a lot until the shelf don't have enough space for other containers... :P

not only these...there's more to come..

it's just too much until that we have to put it on her table... xP

this beehive biscuit (that's what they call it in Chinese..i just translate it into English) my brother bought it...mum don't know how to make it... heard it's quite complicated...

mum somehow puts them in a paper bag too... (o_O)

anyway, beside those busy days, something good happen....

birthday surprise from my mum...actually, she just bought a cake for me...

oh well, that's it...

there's gonna be more or little right after this...

CNY is only in a week!!!! OMG!!!!
